描述：

Reacts with CD49f orintegrin α6chain, a150 kDa trnsmebrane protein, meber ofextraceluar matrix and cel adhesion recptor family.

α6 asociates with ntegrin β1chain (CD29) tofrm VLA-6 and with ntegrin β4chain (CD104) tofrm the α6β4 complex, also known asthe

lamin and kalin recptor. CD49f isexpresd mainly onT cels, moncytes, platelts, epithelia nd endothelia cels, perineural cels and

trophoblast ofplacenta. GoH3 recognizes anextraceluar epitope ofintegrin α6on human, mouse and bovine cls. GoH3 has ben reported

to block the bindg ofintegrin α6to lamin P1and E8fragments.

1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 X 10e6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).

2.Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.

3.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.

4.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

5.The antibody was conjugated with R-PE under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free PE were removed.
