Performing precise, accurate RT-qPCR analysis can be difficult when the target copy number is low or when PCR inhibitors are present. The GoTaq® 2-Step RT-qPCR System is a reagent system for quantitative analysis of RNA using a 2-step RT-qPCR protocol. The BRYT Green® Fluorescent Dye and optimized buffer formulations allow robust, reliable cDNA synthesis of a full range of rare and abundant transcripts, even in the presence of inhibitors, using the GoScript™ Reverse Transcription System and quantification using the GoTaq® qPCR Master Mix. The system is compatible with all real-time PCR instruments in both fast and standard cycling conditions.
