The E-Gel® Low Range Quantitative DNA Ladder is suitable for estimating the size and quantity of double-stranded DNA by ethidium bromide visualization on all E-Gel® gels, including E-Gel®96and E-Gel®48gels. Prepared from a specifically constructed plasmid, the ladder consists of an equimolar mixture of five blunt-ended fragments ranging from 100 to 2000 bp. This ladder is supplied ready to use in an optimized E-Gel® loading buffer. The buffer includes Orange G dye that runs at approximately 25 bp.
