Dynabeads® 羊抗大鼠 IgG (Dynabeads® Sheep-anti Rat IgG) 可结合所选的单克隆大鼠 IgG，用于特异性细胞分离或去除。此产品可分离来自除大鼠之外所有物种的所有细胞，仅仅依赖于所选的特异性抗体。尤其适合分离来自小鼠样品的细胞。

• 阳性分离：可以从样品中阳性分离出细胞，用于分子应用
• 阴性分离：可以通过加入针对不想要的细胞的大鼠 IgG 的抗体混合物从样品（即脾或淋巴结细胞）中进行阴性细胞分离。与流式细胞术相容。

This product contains 5 ml Dynabeads® Sheep anti-Rat IgG coated with a polyclonal sheep anti-rat antibody that recognizes rat antibodies of most IgG subclasses. Store at 2-8°C
