Tried and tested SuperScript® III Reverse Transcriptase is formulated in an enhanced buffer system to provide you with the most reliable firststrand synthesis and higher cDNA yields. Consistent results for your RT experiments, with unprecedented linearity across the broadest range of input material, are now available:

o Accurate and sensitive quantitation - linearity from 1 pg-2.5 µg in a 20 µl reaction (Figure 1)
