The SPHERO™ Daily QC Particles for the BD FACSArray™ consist of three discrete fluorescent or non-fluorescent particles that are used for daily instrument quality control to confirm consistent instrument performance. Each Rainbow particle provided contains a mixture of fluorophores that are excited at any wavelength between 365 - 650 nm. The three particles provided include negative (peak 1), dim (peak 4), and bright (peak 8) Rainbow Calibration Particles.
