G-DEX™ IIb Genomic DNA Extraction Kit(for Blood) designed for simple genomic DNA extraction with whole blood, bone marrow, cell, tissue and bacteria samples. There is no sample starting amount limit as spin type product, so that it can extract in various category from small amount to maxi amount without depending on sample starting amount.

Recommended buffer amount following to sample starting amount is offered for optimized condition to extract high purity genomic DNA extraction. You need to perform only simple 5 steps (RBC Lysis, celllysis, protein remove, harvest DNA pellet, DNA Hydration).

RBC Lysis Buffer liquefies only cell membrane and removes RBC only, Cell Lysis Buffer developed for efficient cell nucleus lysis from various samples. PPT Buffer can make protein precipitation without heating step.

Pure Genomic DNA extracted using this product makes efficient PCR to Southern blot with Intact genomic DNA, as well as high purity DNA can apply to cDNA chip process as a probe.
