MagZ™ Protein Purification System(MagZ™ 蛋白纯化系统)提供了一种简单、快速、可靠的蛋白纯化方法,可将在兔网织红细胞裂解物中表达的、带有多聚组氨酸标签或HQ 标签的蛋白纯化出来,可去除99% 污染的血红蛋白。该方法基于专利的、预先负载的顺磁颗粒,能够从50-500μl TNT®偶联的转录/ 翻译反应体系中纯化出带有多聚组氨酸或HQ 标签的蛋白。上述蛋白可在几分钟内结合到顺磁性颗粒上,未结合的蛋白被洗去,然后,使用咪唑将目的蛋白洗脱下来。

The MagZ™ Protein Purification System provides a simple, rapid and reliable method for the purification of expressed polyhistidine- or HQ-tagged proteins, which are 99% free of hemoglobin contamination, from rabbit reticulocyte lysate. Based on the use of proprietary, paramagnetic precharged particles, polyhistidine- or HQ-tagged protein can be isolated from 50–500μl of TnT® Coupled Transcription/Translation reactions. Polyhistidine- or HQ-tagged proteins bind to the particles in minutes, while unbound proteins are washed away, and the target protein is eluted with imidazole.
