说明		Sephacryl® S-400 是一种用于快速凝胶过滤的层析基质。该基质在合成连接子及接头的实验中非常有用。连接子连接及使用适当的酶消化后, 可以使用含有Sephacryl® S-400 的离心柱将未掺入的连接子及连接子片段从DNA 样品中快速除去。这种柱子也可以用于将小DNA 片段 ( ≤ 271bp) 从长DNA 分子中分离开来。

Sephacryl® S-400 is a chromatography matrix used for rapid gel filtration. This matrix is useful in experiments involving the incorporation of synthetic linkers and adaptors. After linker ligation and digestion with the appropriate enzyme, unincorporated linkers and linker fragments may be rapidly removed from the DNA sample using spin columns containing Sephacryl® S-400. Such columns may be used to separate small DNA fragments (≤271bp) from longer DNA molecules.

Composition: Suspension in 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 100mM NaCl and 1mM EDTA.
