Cell Line Origin：Monoclonal antibody, mouse CD45
Culture Medium：IDMEM (I3390) + 2 mM L-Glutamine (G7513) + 5% FBS / FCS (F2442). Where the cells are grown under static conditions, 0.02% EDTA, Trypsin (T4424) or mechanical agitation maybe required to dislodge them from the plastic.
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 105 cells/ml. 5% CO2; 37 °C. Saturation density 9 x 105/ml.
