A mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody directed against human CD45RO cell surface antigen. Purified from hybridoma culture supernatant by affinity chromatography and conjugated to ε-amino caproyl biotin. Anti-human CD45RO biotin is designed to be used with Anti-Biotin Tetrameric Antibody Complexes (TAC) during StemSep™ or EasySep™ magnetic cell separation. Anti-Biotin TAC contains a combination of mouse and rat monoclonal antibodies purified from hybridoma culture supernatant by affinity chromatography. These antibodies are bound in bispecific TAC, which are directed against biotin and dextran.
