The StemSep™ Human CD4+ T Cell Enrichment Kit is designed to isolate CD4+ T cells from a peripheral blood mononuclear cell suspension by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD8, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD56, glycophorin A and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using StemSep™ columns and magnets.
