Specificity:Detects human IL-20 R beta in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 60% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-20 R beta is observed and less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-20 R alpha, rhIL-10 R beta, rhIFN-gamma R1, and rhIFN-gamma R2 is observed.
