Specificity:Detects human Cystatin S in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Cystatin SA and rhCystatin SN is observed and 5% cross-reactivity with rhCystatin C and rhCystatin D is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhCystatin A, rhCystatin B, rhCystatin E/M, rhFetuin A, and rhFetuin B is observed.
