Specificity:Detects human Serpin A3/alpha 1‑Antichymotrypsin in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross‑reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Serpin A1 is observed, and less than 3% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Serpin A1, rhSerpin A3N, rhSerpin A4, rhSerpin A5, rhSerpin A9, rhSerpin C1, rhSerpin F2, and rhSerpin F1/PEDF is observed.
