In direct ELISAs, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Galectin-4 is observed, 5% cross‑reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Galectin-2 is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhGalectin-1, rhGalectin-3, rhGalectin-7, and rhGalectin-8 is observed.
