Specificity:Detects human Dkk-1 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Dkk-1 and recombinant rat Dkk-1 is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Dkk-2, rhDkk-3, rhDkk-4, and rmDkk-3 is observed.
