Specificity:Detects cotton rat CCL4/MIP‑1 beta in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant human MIP-1 beta is observed and less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse MIP-1 beta is observed.
