In direct ELISAs, approximately 30% cross‑reactivity with recombinant human (rh) MCP-1 is observed, approximately 15% cross‑reactivity with rhEotaxin is observed, and less than 3% cross‑reactivity with recombinant mouse Eotaxin, rhMARC, and rhMCP-2 is observed.
