Specificity:Detects mouse GM-CSF in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 30% cross‑reactivity with recombinant rat GM‑CSF is observed, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human GM‑CSF and recombinant feline GM‑CSF is observed, and less than 2% cross‑reactivity with recombinant porcine GM‑CSF is observed.
