Specificity:Detects human CCL5/RANTES in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 40% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse CCL5/RANTES and recombinant canine CCL5/RANTES is observed, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant cotton rat CCL5/RANTES is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant feline CCL5/RANTES is observed.
