Specificity:Detects human gp130 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse gp130 is observed. In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-1 sRI, rhIL-1 sRII, rhIL-2 sR beta, rhIL-2 sR gamma, rhIL‑4 sR, and rhIL-6 sR is observed.
