301005 recognises rat immunoglobulins. It reacts with the heavy and light chains of rat IgM and IgG, and with the light chains of rat IgA. This antibody demonstrates minimal cross reactivity with mouse immunoglobulins.

Antiserum Preparation
Antiserum to was raised by repeated immunisation of goats with normal rat IgM and IgG. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
