Fibroblasts Growth Factor 9 (FGF 9) is a 22kD protein which is expressed in various mouse tissues including brain and kidney.
FGF 9 is a heparin binding growth factor which stimulates the proliferation and activation of glial cells and binds to cells expressing FGFR3.
