Riboprobe^® Combination Systems (Riboprobe^® 联合系统) 用于以克隆的DNA 插入片段为模板，在体外制备高特异活性的单链RNA 探针或微克级的特定RNA 转录子。Riboprobe^®Combination Systems 含有RNA 聚合酶以及体外转录反应需要的所有试剂( 放射性同位素除外)，还含有RQ1 RNase-Free DNase(Cat.# M6101，RQ1 无RNA 酶的DNA 酶)，用于在转录后除去模板。

The Riboprobe® Combination Systems are designed for in vitro preparation of high-specific-activity single-stranded RNA probes or microgram quantities of defined RNA transcripts from cloned DNA inserts. The Riboprobe® Combination Systems include the RNA polymerases, all of the required reagents (excluding radioisotope) for performing transcription reactions in vitro and RQ1 RNase-Free DNase (Cat.# M6101) for removal of the template following transcription.
