The T7 RiboMAX™ Express Large Scale RNA Production System is an in vitro transcription system designed for the consistent production of milligram amounts of RNA in a short amount of time. Due to optimization of the enzyme mix and transcription buffer, yields of 5–8.5mg/ml are generated in 30 minutes, compared to 2–4 hours with other commercially available systems. To minimize pipetting steps and errors, the 2X transcription buffer includes all four rNTPs. In addition, the system includes RQ1 RNase-Free DNase for the removal of plasmid template after transcription.
Due to the combined 2X buffer and rNTPs, the T7 RiboMAX™ Express System is not recommended for the synthesis of RNA for applications that require capped RNA. For synthesis of capped RNA, please order the standard RiboMAX™ Large Scale RNA Production System—T7 (Cat.# P1300).

The T7 RiboMAX™ Express Large Scale RNA Production System is an in vitro transcription system designed for consistent production of milligram amounts of RNA in a short amount of time. This is about 10- to 20-fold more RNA than is produced in a standard Riboprobe® System transcription reaction. T7 RiboMAX™ Express System reactions differ from Riboprobe® System reactions in three primary ways: a HEPES (pH 7.5) buffer is used rather than a Tris-HCl (pH 7.9) buffer, NTP and magnesium concentrations are elevated and inorganic pyrophosphatase is included in the reaction.
