MCA1125R specifically recognises DNP. It may be used as a negative control for the measurement of non-specific binding of rat monoclonal antibodies of isotype IgG2b in human, mouse and cow tissue.
Test results have shown that MCA1125R is also suitable for use as a negative control with dog tissue.

Spleen cells from immunised LOU/c rats were fused with cells of the rat IR983F myeloma cell line.
Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
