MCA1125P750 specifically recognises DNP. It may be used as a negative control for the measurement of non-specific binding of rat monoclonal antibodies of isotype IgG2b in human, mouse and cow tissue.
Test results have shown that MCA1125P750 is also suitable for use as a negative control with dog tissue. Tandem conjugates of RPE - Alexa Fluor® 750 display fluorescence properties that are virtually identical to those of RPE-Cy7 tandem conjugates.
