MCA1123PE is suitable for use as a negative control reagent to assess the non-specific binding of rat IgG1 to human tissues. Not suitable for use as a negative control to assess binding of rat IgG1 to mouse tissues.
Test results have shown that MCA1123PE is also suitable as a negative control with porcine and canine tissues.
