Rat anti Dog CD45R antibody, clone YKIX753.22.2recognizes canine CD45R and was clustered at the First Canine Leucocyte Antigen Workshop (CLAW). It precipitates an antigen of 220kD from Con A Blasts, (Cobboldet al.1994) . It is expressed on subsets of leucocytes in canine blood of all out bred mongrels and beagles tested. Spleen cells from immunised DA rat were fused with cells of the Y3/Ag1.2.3 rat myeloma cell line.
Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
