Rat anti Dog CD45R antibody, clone YKIX753.22.2recognizes canine CD45R and was clustered at the First Canine Leucocyte Antigen Workshop (CLAW). It precipitates an antigen of 220kD from Con A Blasts, (Cobboldet al.1994) . It is expressed on subsets of leucocytes in canine blood of all out bred mongrels and beagles tested. Fusion Partners
Spleen cells from immunised DA rat were fused with cells of the Y3/Ag1.2.3 rat myeloma cell line.
Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
