The Human Ultrasensitive Buffer Reagent Kit for the Luminex® platform is specifically designed to be used with the Human Ultrasensitive Magnetic Bead kits. This buffer kit includes the following components: wash solution, standard reconstitution buffer, assay diluents, incubation buffer, biotin diluents, streptavidin-RPE concentrate and diluents, a 96-well flat bottom plate and a black lid cover. This buffer kit is sufficient for running a full 96-well plate. It can be used with a single Human Ultrasensitive Magnetic Bead kit or with multiple bead kits for multiplexing purposes.
