Zero Blunt® TOPO® PCR 克隆试剂盒 (Zero Blunt® TOPO® PCR Cloning Kit) 提供高效克隆平端 PCR 产物最快速、最便捷的方法；所述平端 PCR 产物由具有校正活性的热稳定聚合酶扩增获得。 该试剂盒包括拓扑异构酶 I 激活的线性化 pCR®-Blunt II-TOPO® 载体，因此无需连接酶，5 分钟内就能在实验室完成连接反应 (1)。 pCR®-Blunt II-TOPO® 载体的特点还包括：

•具有 ccdB 基因，因此能进行阳性筛选 (2)
• PCR 产物插入位点两侧有 EcoR I 位点，易于切除插入片段
• 具有卡那霉素和 Zeocin™ 抗性基因，进行 E. coli 筛选时，可根据需要作出选择
• 具有 SP6 启动子/引物位点，用于体外 RNA 转录和测序
• 具有 M13 正向和反向引物位点，用于测序或 PCR 筛选

Each Zero Blunt® TOPO® PCR Cloning Kit contains linearized and topoisomerase I-activated pCR®-Blunt II-TOPO® Vector, dNTPs, Salt Solution, Control Template, M13 Forward and Reverse Primers, One Shot® Chemically Competent or Electrocomp™ E. coli, S.O.C. Medium, and supercoiled pUC19 Control Plasmid. The PureLink™ Quick Plasmid Miniprep Kit contains Resuspension Buffer, RNase A, Lysis Buffer, Precipitation Buffer, Wash Buffer, TE Buffer, Spin Columns, and Wash and Recovery Tubes. Store all components of the PureLink™ kit at room temperature. Store the One Shot® E. coli at -80°C. Store all other components at -20°C. All reagents are guaranteed stable for 6 months when properly stored.
