Specificity

HCA059P is specific for human IgG, binding to all sub-classes of IgG.

No cross reactivity is seen with other human immunoglobulin classes.

Product Form

A monovalent human recombinant Fab selected from the HuCAL^® GOLD phage display library. Expressed in E. coli and purified using metal chelate affinity chromatography. The antibody is tagged with a myc-tag (EQKLISEEDL) and a his-tag (HHHHHH) at the C-terminus of the antibody heavy chain, and is conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. This antibody is supplied as a liquid.

Storage

Store at +4^oC or at -20^oC if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.

12 months from date of reconstitution.
