Block & Sample 5X Buffer( 封闭与样品5X 缓冲液) 是适用于Emax® ImmunoAssay Systems ( 用于检测BDNF， GDNF， NGF 和NT-3) 的最佳缓冲液，它提供额外的缓冲液可进行更多的样品稀释及操作。当使用Emax® ImmunoAssay Systems 时，该缓冲液可用于封闭酶标板和稀释标准品、样品、检测抗体及交联产物。产品提供的54ml 缓冲液中添加庆大霉素作为保护剂。

The Block & Sample 5X Buffer is optimized for use in the Emax® ImmunoAssay Systems (for BDNF and GDNF) providing additional buffer for further sample dilutions and manipulations. This buffer is used to block the plates and dilute the standards, samples, detection antibodies and conjugates in these Emax® ImmunoAssay Systems. The buffer is provided as 54ml of buffer containing gentamicin as a preservative.
