描述：

The mixed-isomer analog of BODIPY® TR GTP is comprised of the BODIPY® TR fluorophore attached to the 2' or 3' position of the ribose ring via an aminoethylcarbamoyl linker. BODIPY® TR GTP is significantly quenched in solution and increase upon binding to at least some GTP-binding proteins. BODIPY® TR exhibits spectral characteristics similar to the Texas Red® dye. This fluorescent nucleotide may be useful for fluorescence polarization-based assays of GTP-binding proteins.
