The B-cell IgG/IgA FluoroSpot can be used to identify and enumerate B cells secreting antigen-specific IgG or IgA as well as the total number of IgG or IgA secreting cells. Detection based on fluorophore-conjugated antibodies offers the possibility to simultaneously analyze IgG/IgA in the same well and thereby saving cell material.

The kit contains low fluorescent PVDF-based membrane plates, capture mAbs, detection antibodies directly conjugated to fluorophores (red for IgG and green for IgA), polyclonal activators (R848 and recombinant human IL-2) and fluorescence enhancer.
