The FluoReporter® mini biotin-XX Protein Labeling Kit provides sufficient reagent for five biotinylation reactions of 0.1-3 mg protein. This kit contains a water-soluble biotin-XX sulfosuccinimidyl ester, where "XX" is a 14-atom spacer that separates the reactive ester from the biotin moiety, making the biotin more acceible to avidin or streptavidin. This kit provides a spin column for easy purification of the conjugate. This kit is an alternative for sku F2610.
