描述：

NBD fluoride can be used to attach the environment sensitive fluorophore, NBD, to primary amines, however, it can also react with thiols and cysteine to yield thioethers. NBD fluoride can also react with secondary amines. NBD is a functional analog of the dinitrophenyl hapten, and its fluorescence is quenched upon binding to anti-dinitrophenyl (anti-DNP) antibodies.
