Cationic liposomes designed for transfection, such as the TransFast™ Reagent, are more versatile than many other traditional transfection methods. The TransFast™ Transfection Reagent delivers nucleic acid to eukaryotic cells in vitro and in vivo and performs well with many cell lines. To date, we have found that the TransFast™ Transfection Reagent performs particularly well with NIH/3T3, CHO, 293, K562, PC12, Jurkat and insect Sf9 cells. The TransFast™ Reagent combines the advantages of cationic liposome-mediated transfection with the features of speed and ease-of-use.
