K562 DNA 是从人慢性粒细胞白血病细胞系继代培养的细胞中纯化得到的，作为一个对照用于单位点探针分析方法中的多数步骤。该DNA 也可作为参照用于适当的酶切消化后可变数目串联重复序列(VNTR) 等位基因片段大小的确定。由于实验室在操作方案和分析方法上的不同，得到的K562 片段大小可能会有细微差别。

K562 DNA is purified from a subculture of the human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line. K562 DNA serves as a control for most steps of the single-locus probe analysis procedure. The DNA also can be used as a reference for determining fragment sizes of VNTR alleles following appropriate restriction digestion. K562 fragment sizes obtained may vary slightly due to interlaboratory differences in protocols and methods of analysis.

Concentration: 0.4–1.0μg/μl.
