DC035 is a dual colour reagent recognising mouse CD19 and CD3.
Clone 6D5 recognises murine CD19, a 95kD cell surface glycoprotein expressed by B lymphocytes.
Clone KT3 recognises murine CD3, a cell surface glycoprotein expressed by mature T cells.

The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. This may be reduced by using SeroBlock FcR (BUF041A/B).
