描述：

The rhodamine B 70,000 MW dextran conjugated with the zwitterionic rhodamine B dye is essentially neutral and has excitation/emission maxima of ~570/590 nm. Dextrans are biologically inert hydrophilic polysaccharides that are used in a wide variety of applications including neuronal tracing, fluid transport, intracellular communication, cell lineage tracing, probing membrane permeability and endocytosis.
