描述：

MAP4K3抗体可以识别内源性总的MAP4K3蛋白。多抗由合成肽段免疫动物产生，该肽段与人MAP4K3蛋白Gly407邻近残基序列一致。抗体由蛋白A和肽段亲和层析技术纯化得到。mTORC1激酶复合物是细胞生长的关键调控因子(1,2). 其活性受生长因子和包括氨基酸在内的营养素调控。MAP4K3是营养物质信号和mTORC1之间的介导因子（1）。研究提示足够的氨基酸会导致MAP4K3的Ser170被磷酸化，MAP4K3可以激活mTORC1（3）。

Source / Purification

Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Gly407 of human MAP4K3 protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.

Background

The mTORC1 kinase complex is a critical regulator of cell growth (1,2). Its activity is modulated by growth factors and nutrients including amino acids (1,2). MAP4K3 is a mediator between nutrient signal and mTORC1 (1). Research studies suggest that amino acid sufficiency leads to the phosphorylation of Ser170 on MAP4K3, which activates mTORC1 (3).
