DUSP3/VHR兔多抗能检测内源性总DUSP3蛋白水平。该抗体不与其他双特异性磷酸酶发生交叉反应。该多克隆抗体是通过用与人源DUSP3蛋白相一致的合成肽段免疫动物后获得的。该抗体经蛋白A和肽亲和层析纯化。DUSP3也被称为VHR (VH1 相关的) 是一种双特异性磷酸酶，对MAP激酶ERK1/2 、 JNK有特异性，但对p38 MAPK无特异性(1,2)。不像大多数具有诱导表达形式的双特异性磷酸酶，DUSP3是结构性表达的(2)。抗原刺激的T细胞中，DUSP3蛋白酪氨酸（138位点）被ZAP-70磷酸化(3)。酪氨酸（138位点）的磷酸化是DUSP3蛋白下调ERK 、JNK途径所必需的(3)。

Specificity / Sensitivity

VHR Antibody detects endogenous levels of total VHR prtein. This antibody does not cross-react with other dual-specific pho sphatases.

Source / Purification

Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to human VHR. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.

Background

VHR (VH1 related, also known as DUSP3) is a small dual-specific phosphatase with specificity for MAP kinase ERK1/2 and JNK, but not for p38 MAPK (1,2). Unlike most of the dual-specific phosphatases, which have inducible expression patterns, VHR is constitutively expressed (2). In antigen stimulated T cells, VHR is phosphorylated by ZAP-70 at Tyr138 (3). Tyr138 phosphorylation is required for VHR to down-regulate the ERK and JNK pathways (3).
