AbGUARD® ANTIBODY BOOST can be used to dilute concentrated or conjugated antibodies. It may be used for polyclonal or monoclonals antibodies.
AbGUARD® ANTIBODY BOOST amplifies the specific antibody activity up to 50-100%, with no increase in non-specific binding. For best results AbD Serotec recommends the use of our TMB substrate range.
Please note - this product cannot be used for the dilution of anti-rabbit immunoglobulins e.g. Goat anti-Rabbit Ig, etc.

Instructions For Use
Use a series of dilutions to determine the optimal dilution factor for individual antibodies or antibody conjugates prior to use.
Once the optimal dilution factor has been determined, dilute the antibody and run the assay as normal.
