描述：

Protein A has been reported to bind strongly to rabbit IgG and mouse IgG2 isotypes. However, protein A does not bind mouse IgM and weakly binds IgG1. When conjugated to agarose, protein A acts as a solid matrix facilitating the immunoprecipitation of antigen-antibody complexes. Protein A was coupled to agarose at a concentration of 2 mg/ml of hydrated agarose. This reagent is packaged as a 1 ml slurry containing 0.5 ml of settled agarose in phosphate-buffered saline with 1.5 mM sodium azide
