描述：

The JES10-5A2 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to human interleukin-13, IL-13. IL-13 is produced by activated T cells, mast cells and NK cells. IL-13 regulates IgE production by B cells and can suppress the cytotoxic activity of macrophages and their production of inflammatory mediators. The immunogen used to produce the JES10-5A2 hybridoma was COS-expressed recombinant human IL-13. This is a neutralizing antibody. The antibody is conjugated to BD Horizon™ V450, which has been developed for use in multicolor flow cytometry experiments and is available exclusively from BD Biosciences. It is excited by the Violet laser Ex max of 406 nm and has an Em Max at 450 nm. Conjugates with BD Horizon™ V450 can be used in place of Pacific Blue™ conjugates.

sample (a test).
