This product contains lyophilized phosphorylated recombinant c-Jun N-terminal kinase1/2 (JNK1/2) (T183/Y185). When reconstituted, this
product can be used as a standard control with the BD™ CBA Phospho JNK1/2 (T183/Y185) Flex Set (Cat. No. 560013). Please refer to the
technical data sheet included with the BD™ CBA Phospho JNK1/2 (T183/Y185) Flex Set for further information.

注意事项：

Store the lyophilized standard at 4°C prior to reconstitution.
Lyosphere(s) from 1 vial of Phospho JNK1/2 (T183/Y185) Standard, when reconstituted in 0.1 mL Assay Diluent,
approximates the CBA activity of Phospho JNK1/2 (T183/Y185) at a concentration of 50,000 Units/mL. Following
reconstitution, the Phospho JNK1/2 (T183/Y185) Standard may be stored at 4°C for up to 3 months. Any unused, reconstituted
standard must be discarded after this period. When using reconstituted standard, warm to 37°C and vortex to mix thoroughly
before use.
