The Isotype Control Cocktail A is a mixture of Mouse IgG1, and Mouse IgM designed and optimized to work in conjunction with the Rat
T/B/NK Lymphocyte Cocktail. The Mouse IgM is a monoclonal antibody specific for trinitrophenol (TNP), a hapten not expressed on
mammalian cells (1,2). The G155-178 immunoglobulin was selected as an isotype control following flow cytometric screening for low
background staining on a variety of mouse and human tissues (2).
