描述：

Reacts with 3-fucosyl-Nacetylactosamine (3-FAL), a20 kDa crbohydrate sructre, also caled X-hapten. 3-FAL isexpresd on>95% of

granulocytes, including eutrophils and eosinophils, and onmoncytes oa vrying degre, but not nlymphocytes orbasophils. CD15 plays

a role inmediatng phagocytosi, bactericdal ctivy and chemotaxis. Most CD15 antibodies are IgM isotype; clone W6D3 isa mouse IgG1

isotype. Incomparison studies with clone HI98, aknown CD15 antibody, clone W6D3 shows brighter fluorescne intesity and itsbindg

can belocked byclone HI98.
